If it's just the cam 'caps' then you can replace them. Chances are, the ball bearings also need replacement, and by the time you buy both parts, might as well replace the whole thing.
But give Harken a call and see what they can do. I love their hardware.

It's been a decade since, but when my spendy Harken traveler block system started failing, I sent it to them to rebuild. ( I expected to pay for work done.)
They sent it back with some of the old parts replaced.... and marked the invoice "no charge."
IMHO, they invest a lot into R&D, and stand behind their products.
Times might have changed, but often a polite inquiry asking for advice on what bits to rebuild or replace will get you at least helpful advice, and sometimes a lot more.

Harken Cam Cleat
The cam cleats on my boat are all starting to lose their ability to grip the rope. Is there a way to fix them or do I just buy new cleats and replace the old ones. Also my Harken traveller has two cam cleats on it that are completely wore out. Can these be replace/fixed or do I need to buy a new traveller assembly?
