The engine detail is on the equipment list page. It's an A4 with all the bells and whistles. I have no idea how many hours total time, but I have put about 100 on it since I added the hour meter 4 years ago.

Condition is shown in the pictures but I can say here that she is very solid and everything is in good working order. The gel-coat is old enough that I have to keep up on the waxing each year and the non-skid has the "pearson swirls" from the early '70's. I have been sailing her all summer when I have the chance so she is ready to go. The issue is I do not get to sail her enough to warrant the slip fee anymore.

You did not mention what type of engine or it's condition in your link.
Usually a fairly important detail.

P30 for sale

The time has come for my family to downsize our boat. We are reluctantly selling our Pearson 30. Please take a moment to check her out. If you know anyone who is looking for a good boat, send them to this website.
