Roberts or Colvin, possibly.. is the listed 'shipbuilder' an actual yard or an individual? Has the look of a homebuilt either way. No asking price that I can see.
It obviously needs a lot of TLC, but apart from that the centerboard/keel trunk really cuts up the interior, and the deep V hull sections leave very little room for any decent cabin sole.. I think this would not be a comfortable boat to live with.. too many 'stepping' surfaces at an angle, and some fixtures unnaturally high in the hull too.
The "shipbuilder" appears to be an individual. I looked up his name and found the obituary of a man by that name from the area who was known as a master machinist. the price is listed in the ad as $4000.
