Keys to Carribean

I am of taking a 39 ft ketch south to the Western Caribbean for the winter, maybe beyond. I am looking for a non smoking non/light drinking mature women to help with all aspects of experience, IE, watches, piloting, maintenance, upkeep, helping w/ cooking and cleaning, I am intending to dive, watercolor paint, read, fish. Spanish would be helpful. financial independence is a must to cover your portion of expenses. age is not a factor. Physically fit and emotional maturity is. I am Clean and sober for many yrs. And the only drama I like is in books and movies. I think of myself as an old hippy, with short hair. A spiritualist rather than religious. This could be a long term experience. There is a lot of oceans out there. The boat is in great shape and very safe. I have ample experience to skipper this cruise alone but it is safer and more pleasant to have someone else on board
