Boat Share In San Francisco

Hi, All.

Not sure exactly where to post this. Please advise.
I am in the process of selling my boat, 43' Beneteau, in good shape, and ready to sail in the bay. Living in HI, I cannot really enjoy it, the boat is on the ground in Napa. I was thinking about an alternative, would be to find one person or two to share the marina berth fee and keep it in the water. I would pay for all other expenses. In exchange, this person will work on the boat to upgrade it (I can pay for parts) and maintain it, goal being to get it ready for offshore sailing, the Baja Ha Ha or a sail to Hawaii in the long run. For the next couple of years, I do not have really time to sail, but I would enjoy a crossing and/or cruising in warm water. Not sure how we could deal with insurance, and we would need to be in written agreement of some sort, but this is the occasion to enjoy a 43' for a minimal fee, almost full time. Let me know if interested.

Thanks
