Yes I saw Distant Shores-1 is up for sail! We are happily cruising on DS2 now for 3 years. Time flies...

Welcome. Been following you for many years. Would be great to hear all your experience here on Sailnet when you feel the need to contribute. BTW been eyeing your old boat for sale.

Hi from Distant Shores

Hi from Paul & Sheryl aboard Distant Shores II - currently in St Martin. We haven't visited Sailnet in a few years so its good to be back!

This past year we had one of our most interesting and varied seasons of sailing in our 23 years cruising. We sailed from the Solent across to France then up the Seine to Paris with the mast down - and right across France. A fantastic 10 weeks!

Then we put the mast back up and sailed on to Spain, Gibraltar, Morocco the Canaries and across the Atlantic in the ARC rally in time for a tropical Christmas in St Lucia.

Good to be back in the Caribbean and relaxing...
