I have an app on my I-phone called Boatracker. It works great. Cost about $2.00.

Magellin triton is waterproof, lots of others


Do you have a iPhone/android in an otter box?
there are several free speedometer apps
go up level and get garmin blue charts, free, maps=$$

Does anyone know of a gadget that records speed and distance for dinghies, So I can attach it to a moth or something like that.
