Re: Crappy Weather?

I just dropped off my wife at DFW for a flight to Boston. Planes were taking off to the north when we got there. As I was leaving, I noticed they were taking off to the south. That means warm weather is on the way! Looking for some nice sailing in the coming days.

On the flip side, our lakes are getting replenished!

Re: Crappy Weather?

Just had our 3rd system in 4 or 5 weeks pass over today and left another 9 inches of snow behind. The other 2 left 16" and 12" respectively. I guess someone was late sending the memo out to Mother Nature that spring has officially arrived! We should be averaging temps in the high 50's this time of year but its been too cold to even work inside the boat much less prepping the outside...

Re: Crappy Weather?

Temperatures only reached 77 degrees F at Lake Pleasant, AZ, today, and the winds got light for much of the time we'd planned for the today's regatta. Although the morning had good wind for boats to get out on the lake, only the day's last race was in good wind, with good sun and shirt sleeve and shorts weather.
