Probably, these drives usually have four cables.
One pair is to run the drive the unit - the direction is controlled by reversing the polarity.
This is done by the course computer.

The other pair controll the clutch.

Two things to check
-Max amp for to drive (computer and drive)
-How many amps does the clutch use

Roberton Autopilot - Can I still use the linear drive if the autopilot does not work?

I was wondering if anyone knew if I could still use the linear drive if the autopilot was not working? Also could I use it with another autopilot such as a Garmin or Raymarine?
