Wanna trade??

Hiya
I have a friend that is taking his 65'' chris craft to fla to turn it into a B&B (boat & breakfast). Not me tho. The houseboat is just to D*** comfortable. I need narrower berths, lower ceilings, and above all else, a head that I cant turn around in without losing a kidney.

P.S. Yes, I watched the whole thing go down from my sun deck.

Ahoy auto, Sorry inside joke read on learning to sail board the title "a good start". Possible you could bring it down here to florida we could turn it into a floating web bar and make a fortune. Big Red the Pirate of Pine Island.

Wanna trade??

Hiya

No dust on it, I dust regularly. This is the boat we live on currently, and the fireplace is going as I type. She is 40'' loa, 12'' beam, and pretty much all house. With 15'' cathedral ceilings, skylights, a ceiling fan, and wood stove in the main salon(living room), pressure and hot water galley with oven and plenty of counter space, and storage. There is an upstairs loft and a queen size berth in the aft stateroom, plus my office in the very aft with a huge sliding picture window looking out over the marina as I work. plus 70 gallons water, power inverter, etc etc.

It is really very nice and comfortable, we plan on living on it until we finish rebuilding our formosa 41, But we want to start doing some short cruising now, and would be willing to trade it for rugged "working" old sailboat in the 40ish range.

Hiya! We liveaboard a 40'' cottageboat in New York City (actually City Island for those familiar). We are interested in trading it for a working cruising sailboat(37-42'' range)that we can liveaboard and cruise on. If your tired of the cramped quarters on your boat, or just want a chance to sit by the fire and look at the NYC skyline across eastchester bay, from your front window, under 15 foot ceilings!! We are not looking for much Just a rugged and hardy cruiser.
Enjoy!

P.S. We''ll even throw in our 20'' daysailor and mooring
