Re: Is there a boat that....

Just took possession of a 1999 Beneteau 352 and it was considerably less than your limit. Sails well and has a walk through transom and swim platform.

How does the bene 400 sail. I see a number with standard main instead of furling, so that's good. How well does the boat point? What is your motoring speed when there is little wind?

Re: Is there a boat that....

Boats with swim platforms are less likely to meet your PHRF criteria. Are you actually planning to swim from it, or just use it to board the dinghy? The former activity could be dangerous if there are any waves - even just a passing wake- while swimmers are anywhere near the platform. Getting in or out of tenders doesn't require a platform; a fixed or folding ladder will work well for that, providing lots of handholds.

Or am I missing something?

J105 isn't what you want. It's a one design sport boat. They're basically daysailers, not cruisers. The J109 is a cruising version of the J105. Just as quick, but more comfort below. Yes, they don't have swim platforms, but you could probably install a temp one.
