I have seen this before, seems I have read folks with mixed results with the ATF/acetone mix. I wonder if Synthetic ATF would make a difference? That is what I happen to have a partial bottle of. I want to get some Kroil to try. I have had had very good luck with Wurth Rost Off Extra and I used to own British sports cars and a bunch of other old rusty cars so I have busted some knuckles, I mean nuts in my days!
