This may sound stupid, as I'm still new to sailing, but could one (or some of you) debrief the video, as to what they did wrong?
What caused the boat to heel to starboard the first time, when the foresail (spinaker?) dumped into the water - was it the skipper not keeping the wind aft, and allowing a crash jibe, or was it a problem with the spinnaker itself?
Also, what was wrong with the spinnaker's halyard in the first place? That seems to be what caused all the problem at first, no?
Just trying to get a better idea of what went wrong, so I don't make the same mistake one day.
(and as for my own 2 cents, having grown up on power boats doing off-shore deep sea fishing on large boats, I would have to say this crew seems to be totally unaccustomed to being on a boat of any sort).

I just recently discovered that you can watch sailing videos on youtube. This got me so excited... I can watch sailing while i'm not actually sailing!
