motorbortniker Mine is a Pro Furl. It was on the boat when I bought it last year. It's great, I cannot imagine sailing without it.

sailingfool We have a Furlex system, sold by Selden the mast company, and it is an excellent high quality piece of equipment. More expensive that many alternatives, but as usual with marine gear you get what you pay for.

7.3 roller furling

Looking for some opinions on which rolling furler for a S2 7.3. I stay in the Chesapeake Bay, mostly daysails but several overnights and a couple of weeks a year. The 7.3 is new to me and my old boat didn't have a furler on it. I'm trying to get things worked out for single handling. I've looked around and CDI seems to be what I need. I just want to get some info. on the change over and maybe things I'm forgetting.
