Best to go on Thur or Friday. Less crowds. It truly is like being a kid in a candy store - and the clearance section - though small - offers a lot of small items at a very low prices.
I believe the sale prices get posted to their website on Wed. Also note - at least here in CT - West Marine will match defender pricing - except for S&H. You may want to drop by West to see if they'll price match. I've done it before.

|sailingdog||Unless you can't get a sling time for a different day...go to the defender sale... if you can't ...getting the boat in the water takes priority in my book.|

|labatt||I'm kicking myself... we're launching our boat in Annapolis that weekend I'm so torn... Defender Warehouse sale, launching the boat, Defender Warehouse sale... grrr... They always have some amazing scratch and dent deals. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm incredibly excited to launch our boat, but my favorite thing to do when we're out cruising is browse through chandleries. I'm like a kid in a candy store when I'm looking through all sorts of stuff I don't need|

A reminder that the Defender warehouse sale in Waterford, CT, comences on March 29 thru Apr 1. I'm only a customer, not a rep, so no flaming, but I get to see a lot of friends and even make new ones standing in line. Last year, I was between a gentleman from Boston and another from NYC, and a fellow ODay rOnDAYVous'r showed up from parts South, as well. A GREAT start to the season.
