Sabreman Thanks for the tips. I'll call Hartge today to confirm the availability. The locator tools are cool too.

markdigi - Good luck with your Sabre. Ours is a 1984 Mk I. It's taken a bit of work to get her back to where she should be but it's been worth it. This is our second Sabre and I suspect that we're hooked for life!

markdigi Sabreman,

Try this link Corp Brothers-Marine Products

I just bought a 1988 Sabre 38 mkII and had to find a local cng refilling station myself.

sailingdog SabreMan-

You might want to try looking for one via this locator tool. I hope that helps.

Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) On Chesapeake Bay??

I have a CNG stove and two CNG tanks that hold 2500 psi each. One is down to about 800 psi and I'd like to top it off during a trip from the Potomac north to the C&D and on to NJ and NYC in June-July. Does anyone know where I can get CNG along this route?

Everyone says that CNG is all over the Bay, but I've yet to find a marina with a hookup (I admit that I haven't looked that hard). I'm tempted to try to hook up to a CNG tanker near Calvert Cliffs ......
