Sapperwhite It kinda looks like a bigger, uglier version of a southern sails skipper 20. Maybe its the not so well know, not so sought after, Fugly 20sumorother.
But no seriously.... neat looking boat.

Farr obviously

With those fair lines and that easily driven hull -- not even mentioning the graceful bow treatment with the bowsprit suitable for ramming-- gotta be a Bruce Farr Shitbox 24.

kananumpua The first one looks to be a Irwin (note the step in the sheer).

As for the second one, I havn't a clue. However it's pretty neat little boat, minus the look of wood construction.
