rssimons hmm I have the old serial port, and it sends data from the GPS to the pc , just not the other way

Boasun When matching my Garmin with ye olde laptop, I had to run a serial port emulator for the garmin to work. My laptop has only usb port and Thus had to go this route. The garmin I am using is the GPSmap76.

Interfacing Nobeltec VNS ver7 and Garmin 276c

Hi, has anyone successfully transferedd routes from VNS version 7 to a Garmin 276c. I get an error on the GPS "route truncated" and cannot seem to get it resaolved by Garmin or Nobeltec
