7tiger7 Also, just an idea (I'm grasping at straws), but make sure the actual ignition switch is good - in other words, when you set the key to "RUN" that it is actually closing a circuit. I had a SAAB 900 (car) that had the ignition switch go bad, and I could start the engine, but when I released the key back to "RUN", the circuit would open and shut down the engine. Also check that the buzzer itself is working.
Best of luck...

eng.alarm connection

I used a vac pump to get the oil out. But you have me thinking that I may have disconnect a wire somewhere. Will take a good look. Thanks

7tiger7 This is just a guess... but is your oil pressure sending unit built into your drain plug? Maybe a wire got disconnected?

Good luck

Oil alarm sound?

I changed the oil in my Yanmar 30 and the alarm signal that usually 'beeps' at shut off stopped. The oil level is correct, right between the lines. Any ideas?
