Rockter I had a look at that website. the 5" round port, in bronze, looks about right.
I take it that the 5" is the hole in the middle.

In a big sea, with the washboards in, we ask the helmsman on watch to sing. You can't see him, so we have to hear him so we know he hasn't fallen in the drink.
Although I sing absloutely beautifully... Bryan Ferry would not get a look-in.... the first mate's singing is shocking, and a portlight would be much cheaper than a shrink.

camaraderie Like I found metals:
5"RBE 5" Round Extended $189.95
8"RBE 8" Round Extended $219.95

Will fit up to 2" thick.

Rockter Bronze finish, and round. The rest of the ship's portlights are oval.

SanderO What finish? Try Gibo from Europe. They have USA dealers.

Freesail99 Did you try newfound metals ? I saw there ports at a boat show. They may have what you need or will make it for you.

camaraderie Try ...their extended ports can fit up to 2" thickness or 50mm

portlight bulkhead thickness...

I own a Union 36 and I wanted to fit a portlight in the bulkhead just to the right of the companionway, looking aft, as for this similar boat (Tayana 37)....

The problem is the bulkhead thickness.... close to 45 mm.... no-one seems to make a portlight that will cope with such a thick bulkhead.

I have tried a while back, but could not find one.
