brak Thanks for the advice!
I started sailing that way, looked at an alphabet soup of boats north of Thomas point and turned back

PBzeer There's some room here on Back Creek for a boat or two. Diesel available at Annapolis Landing Marina. Dinghy docks are packed by 10 am.

brak What would be a good way to visit show by water, if there is one?
(And, if there is - where can I fuel up on the way back, and I mean diesel, not alcohol )

PBzeer I'll be over at the show around noon. I'll have on a denim shirt with Aria on the back of it. I'll be stopping by the SSCA booth for sure. Just look for the guy with the padlock on his wallet pocket

Wet Dog, I knew that. I must have salty things on the brain this morning. Thanks for the offer John and if I need to catch up to you what’s the best way to find you? I have a cell phone with me if that helps. The number is 845 323 9138.
All the best,

Tartan34C The hotel is dropping me off at the show this morning. Is Salty Dog within walking distance of the show? If not, is anybody going over that can give me a ride?
All the best,

eryka saltypat - more details, and directions, (if you want to wade thru the chatter) in the 'general discussion' forum under 'Annapolis Boat Show Meetup' thread. Hope you can make it.

Nice idea

I like the idea of a Sailnet gathering. Let me know if there is a consensus on place and time, etc.

Maybe we need the Sailnet Ches. Bay cruising club to form........
