uspirate I was contemplating on voting for "C", but didnt understand "A". so i'm just confused because they do have Dive Instructors in the Flippipines.

camaraderie is so kewl that you can be on your computer in Manilla and posting from Spain at the same time. How do you do that? You must have big scuba tanks to go that far!

cruising and diving
