I don''t know of pre-manufactured ones. I had the same problem with my Islander 30. I wanted to lead all the halyards to the cabin top from the mast. I made up bases for the winches and traveller bridge by using cold cure epoxy. A Peanuts can was the exact diameter and once the cold cure had hardened I gound out the curvature of the deck with a belt sander. Works very well and the cold cure holds a color dye well (black). No maintenence! Don''t forget to wax the can before the pour in the cold cure....

Cabin top winch mounting boards
I have a P26 that has been converted to have the halyard winches on the cabin top. On both the port and starboard side mounting plates are used. Attatched to them are fairleads, a winch and an array of cam cleats and horn cleats. These mounting plates are then through-holed to the cabin deck. The mounting plate is not flat; it has a raised section onto which the winch(lewmar6) is installed.
Has anyone ever seen this configuration, and more importantly, does anyone know if this type of mounting plate is readily available to be purchased?
