Please tell me you are going back with wood clapboard at least. i hate to see that old siding get trashed, but I know you need to insulate. Sorry to hijack!

denby Thanks John,

At least some one is enjoying sailing. I spent the day ripping 200 year old clapboards off the front of the house and insulating wall. tomorrow I put up plywood, house rap and new clapboards.

PBzeer Actually, since the wind died, and I was right at the cut to Morehead City/Beaufort, and I was going to have to motor anyway, I went on down there. They have a courtesy car at Morehead City Yacht Basin, so I could get more done.

LittleMissMagic Must be nice. I spent the day baking in the sun on a 16 foot aluminum skiff in a shipyard in Pascagoula, MS. Oh well at least it was sunny.

I've got a mooring ball waiting on you here in Deep Creek. I can't promise more than a hot shower, good eats and a willing ear to listen to your sea stories, but if that doesn't get you to drop in nothing will.
