I just pulled another fuel line. It too was very hard to blow through by mouth. The inner diameter of the line must be smaller than it appears.
So I put it all back together and it seems ok

There is a little ceramic type material that has rubbed off in one place but that is about it.

It's not likely that one of the high pressure fuel lines got clogged. Fuel goes through one or two filters before getting there, a very sensitive pump and the pressure is really, really high. Lower fuel flow on that one line could indicate there is still air in the system working its way out. Is that particular line kinked/damaged?
I had an universal XP-25 on a previous boat and I don't remember having to crack injector lines to bleed the system. Matter of fact, there were some who advocated leaving one of the bleeder knobs openned all the time, so it was a self bleeding system.

Fuel line clogged?
We have a universal m-25.
I noticed that when bleading air by loosening the cap on the fuel injectors that one injector seemed to have much less fuel going to it than the other two.
I took off the pipe that delivers the fuel from the pump to the injector, it is only about 10" long on this engine.
I notice that if I blow in one end I get only a little air out the other end.
I'l try another pipe for comparison but is it likely that a simple short pipe can get clogged?
Is blowing on it a good test?
