The city of Annapolis controls all mooring within the city of Annapolis. They have moorings in Back Creek as well, you really have to get out of the office more. There are presently no openings for new private moorings in the waters of the City of Annapolis no matter how much money you have.

That is only partially correct. The city only operates and controls mooring bouys in Spa Creek. You can drop moorings in many of the other creeks in and around the Annapolis area, many of which are in the county. There is a small fee to register a mooring within the City limits.

No mooring buoys in Annapolis. All city owned with no absent owners allowed at high costs. Others private with no ability to lease to other than their own vessels. Long waiting list with no movement for authority to establish your own buoy.

Do you literally mean a mooring buoy or would a slip do as well?

I''m seeking a mooring bouy to tie up to in MD, specifically near either Washington D.C., Annapolis, or Baltimore. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
