Fathers Day!!

I had one of my best Fathers Days in a while! No real repairing or messing around with anything. Just a great time with the kids and parents!

Here are some pics from Sunday.

Dad and Sissy (his min schnauzer) followed us to the beach!

We pulled my oldest in the tube behind the dink for a while. Kinda slow on the dink (only a 6hp), but he still had fun!!

Got to the beach and started off with a good old fashion Chicken Fight. I lost!!!

Pops played referee. I think he was on the take!!! (and the reason we lost)

Came back to an awesomely cooked supper! Home made fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, bicuits, cup cakes... and ALL OF IT COOKED ON THE BOAT!! We ate at mom and dad's boat...

It was a great weekend! Had a blast. Feel free to post any pics of your fathers day here!!

BAH-

That's because what they want to do is legal in most states, what you want to do isn't. :)

I received a text massage from my 18 year old daughter.
"Happy Father's Day. I love you, Sam"
Thats about as good as it gets, I can deal with it.

Had a great sail on Sunday beating into twenty knot winds uphill for 40miles.

Great photos "dad". Where on Texhoma are you? Not a lot of room to sail a boat that big. Many, many years ago we had an Eastward Ho 24 that we kept at Cedar Mills, but eventually moved it to Houston to sell it when we bought our Bristol with the intention of doing all our sailing offshore..

Great photos, guys.:) On Father's day my grandaughter's volleyball team lost and washed out of the tournament, so my daughter brought the whole team to my timeshare condo in Orlando while most of them were waiting for time to meet a plane. Tuesday my daughter finally called to thank me for using the condo for a week, and by the way, Dad, happy father's day! Somehow, I am now officially an afterthought! But that's OK, at least I don't have to pay tuition!:p :p :p
