jonb After looking at more pictures I believe the prop is a Luke feathering prop.
It seems to have the same screw on end fittings (front and back) secured by a locking screw applied into the front and back faces.

Does anyone have any information on this prop, I have not been able to find much. It looks like I will have to call them.

Thanks, jon

jonb Skywalker your description of the zinc cone sounds accurate for what I have.
All of the information I can find on the internet about Variprop refers to a prop that looks like a new design that clearly does not have the zinc cones.

Do you have a link to any information on their "old" prop?

SkywalkerII If I'm not mistaken, you have a Variprop feathering prop. The giveaway is the zinc cone. I had one on my Tartan a few years ago. Check out their website.

jonb No thats not it. My prop is quite different. If I can figure out how to upload pictures I'll post the two pictures.

jonb I am trying to figure out how to post 2 JPEG images of about 90kB each.
For some reason I get an upload failure on both.
