I have to ask, if it be even legal for you to do so. Even practicing in different states requires you to pass the bar for those states, if your going to be practicing law there on a continuous basis.

Legal Needs while Cruising

What are some of the most pressing legal needs involving sailing or boats, particularly out of country? I am an attorney exploring new practice areas that will give me the chance to cruise and work at the same time. I've thought of insurance claims involving boats, immigration issues and whatnot.
