I am not boycotting nor would I think of it. I like the site and have made many friends here. We all know it costs money to keep sites like this up and going. We all know that retail sales are down, the sales that pay for this site. We all know how cheep sailors are. It's just another revenue source to keep things up and running.
Maybe the management is just trying to balance the budget.
1. Select Tools from the top menu bar

4. Select Restricted Sites
5. Select Sites
6. Type in the address where it says to "Add this Website to the zone:"
I entered: "http://*.googlesyndication.com"
7. Click on ADD
8. Click on Apply
and you are done. IE might need to be restarted for the change to take effect.
At least I was motivated enough to upgrade to Firefox. Forgiven.
Now,
How about PM'ing me her phone number. I need to tell her what her next assignment will be. FIX THE SAILNET STORE!
(I'd put a smiley, but I'm serious...but those brains (all three of them) into making Sailnet the best place to shop so I'm not embarrassed when I send friends there who see my burgee)
my boycott is over!!
since the new programmer is obviously not working out here, please foward her number and email address. i just fired my wife and am looking for a new programmer in the office.
well... it's a beautiful day on the Chesapeake Bay with a great breeze and I've been itching to get out so I'm going to have her help hoist my main....
Now that I see the photo - I see what you mean C3PO.
Bring it on "progspammer". And bring your "friends" with you. Programmer - pththh. Can't even see the freakin' keyboard.
Oh, yeah, did I tell you that CP knows Fortran? Does that make you (did you see Austin Powers 1-6)?
PS - So let's see a show of hands...who's going to now remove the ad block software from your computers since 90% of the membership have now taken the revenue generation away from this fine site? Dog, are you helping them with that?
Pain - will this start a new "boycott" trend? Ignore was sooooo yesterday.
