New to group and C37!

Dear folks, we just closed on purchase of a 1985 PSC 37, currently "Midnight Mail" owned by Chris Gordon. The boat has been "used hard" but came through the survey with a remarkably short "must do" list. Cosmetically it is in hard shape but cosmetics are (relatively) easy. We are, as you can imagine, very excited.

I have lurked here for a couple of years and already am much indebted to this group for all the information we were able to give the surveyor in terms of "things to check on."

Thanks to all, Jay
