just to update if anyone is interested the marinas I called , would let you stay abourd but they would prefer you did not and they are full. If you have kids they are even less pleased to let you stay. However they will take your money;For my girl a 44 footer, it is $875.00 au per month.

Is there anyone out there that can give me a heads up on the live aboard policy in pittwater in 2008-09. We where there five years ago and lived on our yacht for six months while our house was being built; Is it still ok and are the marinas happy to let you stay? We have a 44 foot yacht draft 1.8m could someone suggust a good marina? We also have two small kids 3 and 5, both have grown up sailing. Thanks
