PaulSims Picked up a little fixer upper. Hull Number 4271. 74ish? Starting the project this weekend.

Already been working on the front deck a little. I've either totall screwed it up, or I've come up with a quick easy fix for a separating deck. Seems very solid at the moment. I figure if it doesn't work, I've got to cut out the whole front deck anyways.

rfhtf3 I just bought sail number 10102 a few months back and have her on Lake Perry, KS and will probably keep her slipped there next season.

I love this boat.

Just bought hull #1241 - repairing blisters before some bottom paint and also redoing all the old covered standing rigging for slightly beefier shrouds to take the loads I'll no doubt put on her.

I'll have her on Lake Allatoona just northwest of Atlanta, the smaller of the two area lakes. Less powerboaters!
Great little boat for beginners like me. We sail them in SanDiego harbor.

casioqv For less than the cost of the softopper cushions, we were able to have a set professionally made from sunbrella at a local upholstery shop, along with brand new foam. The trick is to buy the materials yourself, and then shop around for the cheapest labor.

saildork smorris, go to the song chain. You can rack up posts there quite easily.

smorris65 I tried to send you a message but am not allowed because I do not have 5 post's yet. What's up with that. So, to answer your question I have not done anything. But did learn the ones on ebay are made by soft topper.

And I could not put a link to softopper dot com because I need 2 or more post's.

One day I may qualify to post links or send messages.

andyjen smorris65 let me know what you did about cushions I need them to. Ebay had a set for 500 dollars

andyjen Sunshine Daydream here, Our C 22 works perfect on Seneca Lake, NY. Fits in an aluminum lift. Easy to handle around the docks and under sail. Enjoy!! If you need parts Catalina direct is a super company.

smorris65 I just bought my 82 C22 a few weeks ago and am just about finished with the repairs. I'm on lake Ray Hubbard in Texas. No name on the boat yet. been out twice and had a great sail both times singlehanded. I still need interior cushions redone and new hatch doors. Sail # 10607.
