Re: International Yacht Corporation

Hi,

I have a 1976 International Yachts HMS 23 pilot house version, I believe there were only 5 made with the stand up high cabin, same bottom hull mold as the 23, Bought it on ebay for 5K in 2004 trailered it home to Daytona area from Chesapeke bay, MD, has a Yanmar 1GM10 diesel inboard, wheel steering, super cool trailer sailor! I have lots of pics of the upgrades I have done...

Re: International Yacht Corporation

Would it be possible to get a higher resolution copy of the International 21 information?

JohnBoelte Here's a few pics on my ad. I may have some more if you tell me what you're looking for.

What do you need to know about the keel?

I am looking at restoring one of these and wondering if anyone has any pictures. Does anyone know about the keel?

skip57 Thanks John,
We tried copying it but it prints out so small that it is hardly legible. We did try to enlarge it but, again, it is too hard to decipher (model and dimensions).
thanks for trying.

JohnBoelte A friend whom is co-owner of Sailboats Inc. in Indianapolis foung the documentation in the back office. You could copy and print what I've posted. If that doesn't work out well, I could try copying it to a .pdf to see if the format is better.

skip57 where did you find this info? can I get a hard copy somewhere?

JohnBoelte Silverd, you shouldn't have any trouble towing an I-23 with your Explorer. I use an old Suburban and have no trouble. As you can see on the brouchure I posted, the boat weighs a little over 3000 pounds.

JohnBoelte Sailordog, what kind of trouble are you having with your jib? Stepping the mast sin't too complicated, but can be difficult. What kind of problems are you having?

JohnBoelte Here's some information I scanned.
