Wondering if you would be interested in joining my brother, Les Bissell. He is looking for a competent crewmate for next leg of his sail around the world. Would require sharing all duties on the boat and this is an unpaid position. This trip has some sponsors, media attention and is promoting stroke awareness. Lots of folks following the trip. Check out The Voyage of Hope web site to get all the
details. www.voyageofhope.org
Les: Age 39 onboard a Newport 28 started in Annapolis, MD now on Long Is. in the Bahamas, very flexible, fun, safe sailor–
Long Is. Bahamas (airport-LGI) is short hop from Nassau.
You could try it Bahamas-Panama Canal and return home or longer ocean stretches to Galapagos, Fr. Poly, NZ, and beyond if things worked out. If you could be comfortable on a 28ft boat (non-luxurious but excellent communications and safety gear),
can cover your own expenses (food, visas, land excursions and return passage costs)
are reasonably easy going and honest, and are up for a challenge, this will be an adventure and a great way to get out on the ocean. Some references would be required.
He is looking to leave Bahamas ASAP.
Interested?
If you’re seriously able to consider this and want to talk with him, send msg w/info to VOHcrew@hotmail.com about you and your sailing experience, when you''d be ready to go, etc. and he can call from SAT phone if you leave your number.
Thanks for your time and fair winds,
Sally

Hi Will: Are you looking for a paying position or are you willing to share expenses?

Hi there, I am a 22, male fit and in good health.
Looking to get out on the water before I buy my own boat. Have spent lot of time offshore
not as crew though.
But I am a great cook, a skilled electronics / gps / nav / computer tech. As well as being able to fix just about anything from engines to plumbing etc.

Im willing to do lots of work for the right people on the right boat.

I''d prefer a long term commitment. And am willing to travel to meet the right boat, Im an outgoing person who has a love for life and an always positive outlook. I play guitar, am a great bartender, am willing to work when in port if nesscessary, am clean cut and very trustworthy, and a hard worker.

I am currently in Vancouver BC, Canada, and am fully prepared to go anywhere as long as the weather is warm, and the waters blue.
