CaptainMorgan21 Try calling Karen Becker of Century 21. She is born and raised in the port Charlotte area and knows sailboat property.

Punta Gorda

Do a realtor search in Punta Gorda which has plenty of sailboat canals.

funsailthekeys The term "sailboat canal" is used very loosely here. We bought our house here last year. Our boat is a 45' Hirch Gulfstar with a 5 1/2' draft. We have almost 100' of dock for it. There is a limited area where a large boat will fit. There is a house close to use on deep water ,no bridges and 150' of dockage for about $400,000.00. The house isn't much but lots of property. There are lots of empty lots around also. Need any help just write back. I'm not a realtor, I just live here.

RumHead Hi Anton,
We bought/sold a waterfront prop in Charlotte Harbor about 10 years ago with this agent:
Duffy's Realty Station, Inc.
(800) 549-4615

8252 Wiltshire Dr.
Port Charlotte, Fl 33981

They understood sailors and their needs. Good Luck!

Charlotte Harbor Sailboat Properties Suggestions

Hi, I am shopping for sailboat property in Charlotte Harbor, Florida but from a distance (Ďm in Samoa). It is hard to find a realtor with water knowledge. I am looking for recommendations on a water savvy realtor or Charlotte harbor boater who can help me with some questions on water depths in certain developments in the area. Any ideas?
