|KeelHaulin||No... I don't think they are removable. At least they are not in my N-41. If they were meant to be removed there would not be screws/bung plugs. Pretty sure that the sole is glued to the balsa cored floor pan on your boat; just as it is in mine. The best you can do is -carefully- sand the floor in place without sanding through the teak/holly veneer which is about 1/16" thick. Another option is to just re-cover the exsisting floor with new sheet of teak/holly veneer or plywood. There is a plastic laminate product that looks like teak/holly that can be glued over your existing floor also.|

How to remove sole panels in N33
Can anyone walk me through how the sole panels are removed in an N33. Specifically, what is the best way to remove the teak plugs? Just drill them out? What will I find below the plugs? Stainless wood screws? How are the panels attached to the hull?
I'd really like someone to fill me in on their experience before I take a drill to the floor...
