Some posts back I address this. I've got a boat on Lake Union. I've used cork in all the lockers just becasue of this problem. I'm working on the lake this weekend. If you want to come over and inspect the boat, shoot me an email.

Dripping Wet Cave Lockers
Hi, I am currently living aboard my Islander Bahama 24 on Lake Union. I am currently keeping all of my clothes, books, and moisture sensitive things in the port side quarter berth. I would like to keep such things in the lockers, but they get wet due to condensation! I have tried putting carpet scraps against the hull to insulate, but even that does not work so well. I have thought about converting all of the lockers to cave lockers, and using black shock cord to keep things from flying out. How do you keep the inside of your lockers dry?
It is a solid glass hull with no liner, just plywood cabinetry built in.
