Great deal on GPS Chartplotter

I stumbled across a great deal for a WAAS GPS Chartplotter, compared and bought one in color for $349. That''s not a typo: color for $349

While I would not suggest it for mounting outside at the helm, it''s perfect for inside at the Nav station. We have enough room that I''m moving my Radar and the new Magellan FX324 side-by-side on the forward face of the Nav desk. It a replacement for my second Garmin (now the backup)

What I really like is the user interface. Maybe the next Magellan might come with a bigger, brighter screen; I hope the user interface stays exactly the same. KEEP the numeric key pad, keep the way future course prediction is displayed, absolutely keep the ways drift (leeway) can be displayed.

It''s at West Marine of all places (they appear to have bought out all of the inventory and are blowing them out).
