How it happened?
From Maryland Department of Natural Resources - Maryland Natural Resources Police Blotter...

"Anne Arundel County – The Maryland Natural Resources Police (NRP) are investigating a body that was found floating in Shipwright’s Harbor Marina, located on Herring Bay Road, Deale Maryland. NRP was notified on July 12, 2009 at approximately 4:15 pm by the Anne Arundel County 911 of a body that was floating in the marina. The body of David Alan Caney, a 62 year old white male who lived on board a vessel located at the marina was found in the marina. The Maryland Natural Resources Police Special Operation Division is investigating the incident. The body is being sent to the Medical Examiners Office in Baltimore for autopsy."

The DNR reports a drowning death of a man at Shipwright on July 12th.
Does anyone know anything about this?
