I had the same thing happen on a Benny 361 we had. If you catch it before the teak warps too much they're easy to fix. First make sure it dries out underneath the teak. You wont want to seal moisture in. I just waited for a week that was warm and dry. Take a sharp knife or blade and cut away the old caulk that surrounds just the area that has lifted up. Clean the area as best you can. Then use black silicone sealant to re-seal the area in mention. I used a couple of gallon bottles of water to sit on top of the teak to keep it pressed down. I left it there until I was sure the sealant had set up. I did it on a warm sunny day and it turned out just fine. The biggest problem is laying the caulk down in a neat bead. I'd have some acetone handy in the event you get some sealant where it doesn't belong. Good luck.

|leland515||If you don't mind getting rid of the teak, why not just sand them down, and fiberglass over them, creating a waterproof seal easily and cheaply? Gelcoat over when done and it will be fine?|

Teak inlaid cockpit seats
I have a 1996 Beneteau 36s7 and a couple of the teak inlaid cockpit seats have lifted up at the corners allowing water underneath. Does anyone have experience repairing, or replacing these?
