Dec is the start of cyclone season. I would refer you to xtides and noonsite for local specific info. Will be hot and humid and you would get 3-4 days notice of an impending cyclone.

|chris_gee||I hope you are not navigating. I presume you mean Bora Bora in French Polynesia. It will be early in the hurricane season. Check the pilot charts for the chances. Probably relatively small.|

Smart or waste of money?
Considering a 5 day charter in late Dec to S Pacific, specifically: -16.500413,-151.74149
Any thoughts on weather considerations/expectations???
