Ericson 27 to Share

I have an Ericson 27 docked on St. Simons GA. It's a great older boat - although it has a new Yanmar - bottom paint - remade hatches - and is being upgraded all around when I find time. I take her out every chance I get and work at refitting as often as possible. I'm looking for someone to share in the ownership of this boat as I don't get to St. Simons as often as I would like. If you love to sail and putter with upgrade projects - let me know.
