Hi Everyone. I'm a new member. I signed on to advertise two 1/3rd partnership interests in my Gulfstar 47. A long time sailor (mostly racing), I bought the boat in 2007 and proceeded to replace practically everything. Now I find that like many people I don't use the boat as much as I would have thought. So I'm trying to find two partners. I haven't been at it long but am not encouraged so far. Airplane partnerships are quite common - same issues: high costs and low usage. But sailboat partnerships seem to be rare. Any thoughts or suggestions?

We had a successful 12 year 2-way partnership in a 40 footer - it's a great way to get more for your money.. finding the right partners is, of course, the key.
We have a catalina 22 that I have slowly been working on and upgrading. I would consider sharing mooring or slip costs and checking on the boat etc in the Old Saybrook CT area
I may be interested, but where is the boat kept? I am looking to partner in the Chesapeake.
