|NdN||If the through hull is bronze, it is soft enough to use a hammer and chisel to cut from the OD of the flange (outside the hull) to the ID. Sounds scary but it works quickly and easily. Bend up the tabs that you create after a few of these cuts and you can push the entire assembly, through hull, seacock, etc. into the hull. Fill hole as shown.|

|zz4gta||I would also like to know how to plug a thru-hull. I have 3 currently and am only using 2. Would like to remove and fair one for a better bottom. Any pictures anyone?|

How is it stucK?
Can't you undo the nut or, having the nut undone, your're having trouble pushing the fitting out?

removing a thru-hull, any advice?
I am in the process of replacing my holding tank and sanitation hoses. I noticed that one of the thru-hull outflow valves is stuck and I want to remove it because there is second one and I only need one and a Y valve.
I think the best thing is to pug it off permantly, Any adice would be much appreciated.
