sarabee We have vintage 41' Tartan racer-cruiser, on Lake Michigan-Huron, that we'd trade for 1-2 weeks for boat in the tropics. This winter for next summer. Call (616) 915-0936

Boat/house swap innovative thinking.

Believe it or not I have a 37 catamaran I wish to trade for real estate. Great minds think alike.

Swap your sailboat for the house

Hi everyone!
I just got an idea! Me and my wife are thinking about buying a sailboat and live on it for the year or two. Buy maybe there is somebody who has a 40 ' sailboat, who wants to take a break from the sea and live on hard land for a while .We are living in the best place to live in Canada . Kelowna, British Columbia. You will have everything here, beautiful mountains, huge lake , the best skiing at Big White and the deal will come with a 15' sailing dinghy and sailing club membership where we keep her. Our House is exceptionally clean, 10 years old close to 3000 sf. We are living on the private street,6 km from downtown Kelowna and the lake. The house backs in to parkland, so you can hike right out of you back door. The house is very unique ( I build it myself) Mexican style, with Mexican tile and hardwood floors only , and absolutely free maintenance yard. You could also use our truck and very light, 13' fiberglass travel trailer ( big foot). I can send a tone of pictures for anybody interested. Our valley (Okanagan) has excellent climate, very dry and hot in the summer, and mild winters. The house has a nice view of the valley, the vineyards and the orchards. Simply : nothing but the best
