we've look at the size of the Watermark on uploaded picture and it does not appear to any of us to be too big. However if you are uploading small pictures - let's say less than 800 x 600 then it may appear larger since it's of fixed size.

Logo on pictures

Think you might want to downsize your logo on the pictures in the gallery, as it obscures a good part of some of the pictures. A transparent logo would actually be better, IMHO.
