LandLocked66c It's coming down here as well. I figured I can survive on a couple beers and pistachios tonight. I'll venture out in the 4runner tomorrow for a good romp...

JimMcGee I'm just outside Philly and the snow is flying tonight. While everyone else was buying up all the break and milk in sight I picked up Goslings and Ginger Beer.

I think I made the wise choice.

Jim

mccary No one has mentioned Pussers Rum...I wonder. I have a couple bottles around and a glass that has a level marked "Pain Killer" on it and I can attest that it does! I am not much of a drinker, but when I do, I first turn to Rum and then to other stuff.

midnightsailor After reading the last rum thread, I tried out the Dark&Stormy. Bought my first bottle of Gossling Black Seal, searched all over until I found Barrits Ginger beer and picked up a few limes. WELL, I am now a dedicated D&S drinker, and have converted my buddy and his gal too. SPENT yesterday with them finnishing off a Xmas present of a bottle of Gosslings and a couple of 4 packs of BARRITS, also tried Regatta, and Gosslings Ginger beer in cans and and Goya. WE decided we like the Barrits,Regatta, and Gosslings, but the Goya much too spicy. We also found that the Black Seal alone is just fine too. THANKS SAILNETTERS ,for once again being there with invaluable information! Rick

bloodhunter I'm another reader and contributor to the rum thread. Never to old to learn so Thanks to other contributors I've added Pyrat XO Reserve and Angostura 1919 to go with my Barbancourt Reserve 15-year-old on my preferred list. They're all too good to mix with anything but ice.
