check out grampianowners.com, a guy on there did his and wrote a step by step. i just did mine, not as hard as i thought it would be. one thing though, my frames were good, so i didnt remove them.... made it eaiser, but i dont know what shape yours are in....

Thanks for the warm welcome. After reading all the advice I could, I decided to wait until warmer weather to replace the portlights. Apparently, thermal expansion is an issue. It sealled with duct tape for now.
I look forward to participating with this group. I'm back into sailing after a number of years. This is a new boat for me and in a new part of the country.
I've got a lot to learn, but I'm eager to get started.

G30 portlight replacement
I'm the proud new owner of a '73 Grampian G30 with original portlights badly in need of replacement. I would like to contact someone who had done this job who could provide advice.
