Just asking for those who might be interested. I know that the cost of short notice flights is rather pricey, so that is a serious consideration.
I may be going down to Georgetown, to help deliver a boat later next month, so I can't make any commitments until I hear back from that skipper/owner.

Dog - Are you thinking of going ?
No flights from Cape May, but the closest is probably Atlantic City. Spirit flys from ACY to FLL several times a day. They also do Boston - ACY, but I don't know how often.

|popeyeinnj||Harry- This is not a good way to learn. My GF and my other crew's wife expressed interest, but since neither have sailed, we discouraged them this time. It is not really a pleasure cruise, It involves some discomforts such as middle of the night watches, and if we hit a storm, downright unpleasant. A novice may never step on a boat again. However, to an experienced sailor, it represents a challenge and at the end of the trip, a sense of accomplishment.|
